Dr Genevieve KeatingÂ
Chiropractor, Educator, Researcher
Gen's journey into chiropractic began at twelve, when she became a patient following a head injury and knew she'd found her calling. She began her studies at RMIT at seventeen and hasn't looked back.
With nearly four decades of experience, Gen holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chiropractic (RMIT, 1988), a Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Neurology Board (2004), and a PhD in Infant and Early Childhood Development (2020).
She designed and delivers the Diplomate of Neuro-Developmental Paediatrics, a postgraduate program for chiropractors, and presents at many international conferences. She was honoured with the Australian Chiropractor of the Year Award in 2019.
Her doctoral research drew on responses from over 22,000 families, making it the largest known parent-reported survey regarding chiropractic care for children, and she is currently transforming this work into a book.
Gen is committed to assisting healthy development and understands that nervous system balance and regulation are critical for health. She provides gentle, collaborative care for babies, children, and their families.Â
